HVAC Construction Project Manager

This position will manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+, including data centers, industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare projects from preconstruction through project completion. Responsibilities~1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor~ Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+~ Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare~ Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills~ Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Qualifications~1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
