Sales Associate - Sports

About the Role: We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our team and drive podcast growth. This is a core development role ideal for someone who thrives on working with talent (hosts), building relationships, executing outreach strategies, and identifying opportunities in the fast-paced world of digital content and influencer marketing.

What You’ll Do: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with talent, podcasters, hosts, You Tubers, agencies and creators Lead targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients and partners Manage and respond to inbound interest, qualifying leads and moving them through the pipeline Analyze performance data and industry trends to support strategy and outreach Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, deals, and contacts Build trusted relationships with podcast networks, creators, agents, and internal stakeholders Stay on top of industry trends and become an expert in the podcasting and creator economy
