Clayco is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate and support employee learning programs, with a primary focus on the company’s extended onboarding experience. This role partners with new employees, managers, business groups, and internal subject-matter experts to ensure employees receive consistent support, training, and follow-up throughout their first 90 days and set them up for success long-term.
