Senior Chemical Project Engineer Capital Projects Leader

LANXESS is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee capital and non-capital projects across the chemical manufacturing platform in New Jersey. You will manage project life cycles from concept through commissioning, ensure adherence to PSM and EHS standards, and drive cost-effective delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will also assist in developing annual capital budgets, perform risk assessments, lead MOCs/PHAs, and mentor staff in project engineering and
