A day in the life:
Set business priorities, supervise leasing and prospect management, and overseeing maintenance performance. Responsible for providing assurance on completeness and accuracy of the underlying transaction data in Yardi. Collaborate with Facility management on outstanding maintenance issues, identifyingreoccurring maintenance problems and developing proactive solutions. The wish list:5+ years property management, hospitality management, military or related industry.
