RN Hospital – Interventional Radiology
Schedule: Days with On-Call Rotation (including Weeknights, Weekends, and Holidays)
Assignment Details: 2 years of RN experience required.
Requirements:
- Active RN Licensure in the stateBLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care experience preferred
- Cardiovascular intervention experience required
Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments as required by care setting.
Ensures accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with established standards.
Develops and executes a patient care plan according to individual needs, providing education and support to patients and families.
Participates in performance improvement activities and supports peer feedback opportunities.
