Engagement: Contract; terms to be confirmed GeoSera is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant with substantial, hands-on experience managing Trial Master File (TMF) documentation in a clinical research environment. This role requires more than familiarity with TMF terminology. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate document control, inspection readiness, quality execution, and reliable follow-through.
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated CTA experience supporting clinical trials.
- Significant hands-on TMF experience, including document collection, review, filing, reconciliation, and quality control.
- Working knowledge of TMF completeness, document quality, filing timelines, and inspection readiness.
- Experience with electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems and document management workflows.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve documentation gaps, and maintain accurate records.
- Availability to work onsite in the San Diego area.
