What You Will Do: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the software and AI sectors. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various platforms. Implement and optimize the applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience. Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent.

Ideal Candidate: Background2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech industry. Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred: Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Familiarity with AI and software development roles and related skill sets. Background in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
