Founding Designer: Industrial UX for Real Factory Floors

Harmony is seeking a Founding Designer to shape the product language, operator interfaces, and editorial voice. You will own the visual system, UI patterns, and tone used on the factory floor, designing for real operators and production environments where clarity, speed, and trust matter. You will collaborate with the founders, spend time in factories, and define Harmony’s feel across product, brand, and communication.
