Senior Blood Bank Data Migration & Archival Lead

ELLKAY is seeking a senior leader to guide blood bank data migration and archival initiatives, combining clinical transfusion knowledge with BECS/LIS/LIMS and data engineering fluency to transform data for large health systems. The role partners with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to define standards, mappings, and QA oversight while mentoring staff and advancing regulatory compliance with AABB, FDA, CAP, and CLIA.
