This is a highly compensated outpatient opportunity with structured incentives for individuals who bring specialized skills and leadership experience in modern cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients through comprehensive histories, interviews, and examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including ECG, echocardiography, and stress testing
- Analyze laboratory and imaging results
- Develop and implement individualized cardiovascular treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document clinical encounters and treatment plans in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, prevention, and long-term cardiovascular health
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease requiredMD or DOCompletion of an accredited Cardiology training program
- Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Experience with ECG, Echo, and Stress Testing
- Nuclear, Cardiac CT, RPVI (vascular), procedural, or research experience highly valued
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
