Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate:
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk and Housekeeping Associate, where your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a supportive and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, linen changes, and restocking supplies
- Assist support in laundry
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to in guest rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or housekeeping preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and professional appearance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skillsStrong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication skills
