Senior Plant Controller — Finance Leader for Manufacturing

Baxter seeks a Plant Controller for the Aibonito site, acting as CFO for the plant’s end‑to‑end finances with a team of 900+ and a $120M annual production value. You will report to the Group Controller and work with global finance to drive performance, compliance, and strategic insight. Responsibilities include overseeing GAAP, month‑end close, forecasts, and financial planning, while coaching teams and partnering across operations, supply chain, and FP&A COE to standardize processes and improve
