Director, Teaching & Learning Center

Cumberland University seeks a Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) to lead faculty development initiatives, online and hybrid instruction, and learning technology integration. This 100% time position reports to the Associate Provost and oversees CTL operations and staff. The successful candidate will design and deliver professional learning, mentor faculty, evaluate CTL programs, and participate in university governance to advance teaching excellence across campus.
