Baler Operator 3rd shift

Utility worker Responsibilities: • Empty Dust bags at the time assigned throughout the shift. • Blow down the inserter with an air hose. • Make sure wire spools are replaced. • Double-check to make sure that all wires are correctly threaded. • Do not over feed the hogger while operating. • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire baler room. • Other duties as assigned. • In the event of a jam-up, turn off the power to the hogger and properly lockout/tagout the machine. Before opening the access door to clear the jam, be sure that the blades have coasted to a stop.
