Senior ML Engineer - Real-Time Voice & AI Agents Lead

AppFolio is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and ship voice and conversational AI agents in Realm-X. You will work across LLM frameworks, voice tech, and streaming infrastructure to deliver reliable, low-latency experiences at scale. You’ll collaborate with Product, Voice, and ML Platform teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready systems. You will lead a small pod of ML and platform engineers, set quality KPIs, and optimize for latency and cost.
