Cloud Security Engineer (Secret Clearance)

Cloud Security Engineer Cloud environments continue to transform how organizations operate, and securing those environments requires professionals who can design, implement, and strengthen controls across complex platforms. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will help assess and enhance security across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure environments. This role supports cloud security architecture, engineering, monitoring, and risk reduction activities to help organizations protect critical systems and data. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement controls, and support secure cloud adoption. Work You'll Do As a Cloud Security Engineer on the Cloud Security team, you will be responsible for: Assessing cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify security risks, control gaps, and configuration issues. Designing, implementing, and improving cloud security controls, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, logging, and monitoring. Supporting cloud security architecture reviews for new and existing solutions and providing recommendations aligned to security and compliance requirements. Investigating cloud security events and findings, analyzing root causes, and supporting remediation activities with engineering and operations teams. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, standards, baselines, and reports related to cloud security controls and cloud risk management.
