Steady tenant improvement and ground-up commercial work is keeping this team busy across LA and Orange County, and they need a site leader who can run the day to day without missing a beat.
The role:
Walk sites daily, keep subcontractors and inspections on track, and own the schedule from mobilization to punch list. You're the one client, crew, and inspector all come to when something needs a decision.
What you'll bring:
•5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction (TI, structural, or ground-up)Comfortable running a schedule, Microsoft Project experience a big plus Solid grip on plans, specs, codes, and subcontractor coordination Nice to have (bonus, not required): •OSHA-30 (or willing to get certified fast)Procore, Plan Grid, or similarLEED or similar accreditation What's on offer: From $100,000 - $125,000 per year depending on experience.
