About the Role:
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Strategic Initiatives to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to advance law and justice through the promotion of access, equity, and fairness in legal education. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities, evaluating market trends, and leading enterprise-wide transformation. This role demands a strategic and collaborative leader with a strong background in business initiatives, people management, and a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies. The Vice President will work closely with the President and CEO, as well as the Board of Trustees, to align strategic priorities with operational execution and ensure that the organization's goals are effectively communicated and understood by all stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a J.D. strongly preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy, consulting, higher education, operations, or related fields.
