Site Reliability Engineer - Pharmacy Core Platform (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Platform Engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the reliability, resiliency, scalability, performance, and operational maturity of critical enterprise platforms and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, observability, cloud technologies, platform engineering, and operational excellence. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, infrastructure engineers, and business partners to build and maintain highly available systems while reducing operational toil through automation and proactive engineering practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related analytical discipline, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, middleware administration, or related technical disciplines Experience supporting highly available production systemsExperience with Linux and/or UNIX operating systemsExperience supporting and troubleshooting database environments, including performance monitoring and analysis Experience with scripting and automation technologies Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor, or similar toolsExperience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and conducting root cause analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Frequency of PayMonthly Minimum Base Pay10,400 Maximum Base Pay15,600 Potential Annual Pay with Bonus135,200 - 202,800 Year End BonusAs a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
