Responsibilities: execute and optimize KOL engagement plans deliver compliant educational programs support advisory boards, congresses, and peer-to-peer initiatives and gather market insights to inform brand strategies

Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of pharma/biotech field experience proven track record in KOL engagement and program execution strong communication skills and ability to operate in a matrixed environment

Preferred: experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, or CNS supporting medical education or peer programs prior field-based HCP engagement familiarity with emerging digital tools and technologies High-Value: Neuroscience focus on brain health disorders like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, and psychiatric conditions field-based role with extensive travel (60-65%), supporting multi-state geographies with access to major metropolitan markets Work setup:field-based with significant travel, final geography assigned based on business needs.
