Evening/Weekend Specimen Processing Lead

Labcorp is seeking a Specimen Processing Team Lead to join our Cincinnati team. The role supports day-to-day operations, guides a processing team, and ensures accurate specimen preparation and routing. Expect a split shift schedule including 8:00pm–11:00pm with coverage for 1st/3rd shifts and weekends as needed. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in lab-related roles; associates degree and people leadership experience are preferred.
