Senior Director, Payroll Operations

KIPP NYC is seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to lead a complex payroll function across multiple entities, schools, and programs. You will guide strategy, controls, and service delivery with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Reporting to Finance leadership, you will manage a team of payroll professionals, optimize UKG configurations, and partner with People Operations, FP&A, and external vendors. This is a hybrid, in-person role based in NYC with campus travel.
