This includes managing operational workflows, shipment visibility, and issue resolution to maintain high service levels for customers. The role also involves collaborating with carriers, customs brokers, vendors, and customers to support seamless transportation processes, as well as identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
