Hybrid Porter/Concierge for Residential Building

Phipps Houses seeks qualified Porter/Concierge candidates for a hybrid role at a new development in Far Rockaway, Queens. Work four days as a Porter and one day as a Concierge, with potential to transition to full-time Concierge as the site grows. Candidates should have customer service strengths, be proficient with Outlook, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism in a residential setting. High school diploma preferred; authorized to work in the U.S. is required.
