Head of Workplace Experience & Operations

Polymarket is seeking a Workplace Lead to own our NYC HQ. You will run the Office Manager and Receptionist, build out the team and systems to scale from 200 to 500 people, and lead a major office build-out. This strategic role treats the office as a product, shipping improvements to match the intensity of our work. You’ll manage budgets, vendors, and the look and feel of our spaces while partnering with IT, Security, and People Ops.
