Director of Talent Acquisition & Training

7Crew Enterprises' subsidiary 7Brew Coffee seeks a Director of Hiring and Training based in Oklahoma City to lead recruitment and onboarding for new stands. You will gatekeep talent selection, hire 55–70 brewistas per new stand, partner with HR on onboarding, and build scalable training processes to ensure consistent quality across openings. This role reports to senior operations leadership and shapes our team culture.
