Enterprise Collaboration Architect (Microsoft 365)

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the enterprise collaboration technology strategy and roadmap. Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions. Establish architecture standards, governance policies, and security best practices. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions. Ensure collaboration platforms meet security, compliance, and business requirements. Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement of collaboration technologies.

Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise collaboration technologies. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Experience with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance. Strong understanding of workflow automation, system integration, and digital workplace solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business leadership. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Azure Solutions Architect Expert TOGAF Certification
