Hospital-at-Home Advanced Practice Provider

Tampa General Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Hospital at Home program. The APP will conduct daily rounds via telehealth, admit and discharge patients, and provide consultations within inpatient and ER settings. Autonomy in medical decisions will support delivery of inpatient-level care at home. Enjoy collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing quality improvement involvement, and reporting to the Manager of Advanced Practice Medical Services.
