Key responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile GL accounts, including cash, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
Code and reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring compliance and accurate GL postings
Analyze GL data trends and provide financial insights to leadership
Required qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of GL accounting and accounting operations experience
Proficiency with accounting systems, particularly Net Suite and Floqast
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and solution creation
Experience using AI tools for productivity enhancement
