Title: ERM Analyst – Risk Appetite, RCSA & Controls Governance

Base Salary: Up to $75k + Bonus
Overview: This is an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst opportunity at a well-established financial services and payments organization, offering broad ownership across core ERM program execution — spanning risk appetite framework development, RCSA workflows, key risk indicators, control testing, and issues management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing execution of the company's enterprise risk management frameworks to effectively identify, measure, monitor, and control risks across all business units· Contribute to the evolution of the company's risk appetite statements and associated governance frameworks; collaborate with stakeholders to build enhanced workflows across RCSA, issues management, and reporting as part of GRC uplift efforts· Participate in the monitoring and analysis of risks within business units; prepare risk reporting for internal and external risk committees, supervisors, and applicable internal stakeholders· Support the creation and maintenance of ERM policies, procedures, and relevant program documentation· Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to define risk ownership, prioritize risk management activities, and ensure enterprise-wide risks are appropriately governed and monitored· Contribute to key risk indicator development and control testing activities; support issues management processes from identification through remediation tracking and closure· Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the ERM program
