$115,000 - $165,000 Are you a proven leader who knows how to grow a business, develop a strong team, and build lasting customer relationships? Quinn Company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Sylmar operation. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys being close to the business, leading people, working with customers, driving sales and product support performance, and taking ownership of branch results. Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $115,000 to $165,000 Responsibilities
What You'll Own Lead, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing team Manage branch P&L and overall business performance Build strong relationships with key customers in the territory Drive sales, product support, market share, and growth Partner across the organization to maximize branch results Coach and mentor sales employees in the field Identify opportunities to improve performance and execution Serve as the local company leader for the Lancaster territory Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
We'd love to talk with leaders who bring: Strong business and financial acumen Proven management and team leadership experience Sales and customer relationship experience An understanding of product support/service operations The ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees At least 5 years of related industry experienceA track record of delivering results If you've built your career in heavy equipment, construction equipment, equipment dealerships, product support, service operations, rental, or a similar industrial environment, this could be a great next step.
