Welder/ Fabricator

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols Fabricate structural steel and miscellaneous metal assemblies Perform welding using processes such as MIG (GMAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components accurately Operate shop equipment including saws, grinders, torches, and forklifts Perform quality inspections of completed welds and assemblies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a welder/fabricator (structural steel preferred) Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Proficiency with MIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred QualificationsAWS welding certification(s) Experience with structural steel, stairs, railings, or miscellaneous metals Forklift or overhead crane experience Ability to pass a weld test Structural Welding Certifications BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term employment with growth opportunities Employment is conditional on successfully passing a post offer drug screen and functional capacity test.
