We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our multi-unit residential community in excellent condition. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping apartments safe, clean, and comfortable for residents. From routine repairs to unit turns, you will play a key role in resident satisfaction and overall property operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform daily repairs and general maintenance throughout the apartment community Troubleshoot and repair items such as: Electrical outlets and fixtures Plumbing issues (leaks, clogged drains, toilets, etc.)Door hardware and locksHVAC systems that are not cooling or heating properly Complete unit turns, including cleaning coordination, repairs, painting touch-ups, and make-ready work Take the lead on scheduling and tracking make-ready timelines for vacant units Maintain outdoor areas, common spaces, and amenities to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-kept Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally Keep accurate records of completed work and maintenance activity Order, track, and maintain inventory of supplies and materials What We’re Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential or multifamily housing Strong working knowledge of: Plumbing ElectricalHVACGeneral repairs and handyman work Ability to diagnose and fix most issues to minimize outside vendor calls Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties
Certifications:
EPA HVAC Certification Working Environment: Work performed both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions Position involves physical labor and hands-on work Must be available for emergency on-call responsibilities
