ServiceNow Tester

Job Title Required Qualifications: 5–8+ years of QA. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC). Strong automation experience (Selenium) Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows. Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules. 3+ years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX. Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. 2+ years' experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
