Servers and Bartenders are the key to delivering great guest service. Servers ensure that they provide a memorable experience, from greeting to departure.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options.
- Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items.
- Ensure Guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Skills· Resume and proven working experience as a bartender· Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks· Computer literacy· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean· Relevant training certificate· Must have ABC license or ability to obtain one.
Requirements:
Valid TABC Server Permit Must be 18 years of age or older Team Player, ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
