Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate high-complexity projects and programs, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ensure deliverables from business and technology teams are completed, approved, and delivered on schedule. Manage resources across multiple delivery partners while maintaining scope, budget, and timelines. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear communication across all levels of the organization. Mentor team members and help foster a collaborative, high-performing environment within a matrixed organization. Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred where applicable. 5+ years of project/program management or related experience. 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project delivery experience. Insurance, health plan, payer, claims, enrollment, benefits administration, or related industry experience preferred.
