Travel Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

Provide patient care in a long-term acute care setting, assessing patients, implementing and evaluating care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans. Manage medications and specialized equipment, including ventilators, chest tubes, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Guide and supervise clinical support staff. Assess patients and monitor their clinical status. Implement and evaluate patient care and interventions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans and ensure continuity of care. Administer medications and manage critical care IV drips. Manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, feeding tubes, and central lines. Guide and supervise clinical support staff.
