Project Architect Overview:
The Project Architect role offers an opportunity to lead architectural projects with a focus on multi-family and higher education designs. Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. Utilize your expertise to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and compliance. Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead architectural design efforts for multi-family and higher education projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals. Develop detailed project documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. Participate in construction administration, including site visits and contractor coordination. Utilize advanced software tools for design and project management tasks.
Project Architect Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) degree is required. Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Registered Architect certification is preferred. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up. Experience with multi-family and higher education projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects effectively.
