Flexible Schedules Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule Part-Time: Position does not require billable hours for first two months. Hourly compensation begins after that at 10 hours per week and potential to take on more hours.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
