What You'll Do:
Assemble, cut, bond, shape, and trim composite parts Operate hand, power, and manufacturing equipment Read work instructions, drawings, and specifications Inspect and measure parts for quality Maintain a clean and safe work area Work independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent Manufacturing, assembly, or composite experience is a plus Basic math and English reading/writing skills Comfortable using measuring tools Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand/bend for extended periods Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn No composite experience?
