Director of Risk & Insurance Strategy

Regency Centers is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead the corporate office in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and 2 remote days after training, guiding Property, Liability and Executive Lines, plus its captive program. You will manage a team of three, partner with Finance, Real Estate Accounting, and Legal, and drive data‑driven risk strategies, loss control, and cost optimization across 500 shopping centers nationwide.
