Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 annually
  • (commensurate with experience and licensure)
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $40,000 quarterly
  • Educational Incentives: Up to $1,500

What You’ll Do:
  • As a PMHNP with Balanced Wellbeing, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions through evidence-based medication management
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests as appropriate
  • Participate in GDR and psychotropic medication review meetings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facility staff, and families
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Meet daily productivity and encounter expectations
  • Respond to facility needs as appropriate (no formal on-call)
  • Schedule & Work Setting
  • Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  • No weekends or holidays
  • Work in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities
  • Minimal regional travel within the Bennington area
