Industrial Engineer

Position Responsibilities: Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS) Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration. Ability to translate operational requirements into WMS config/solutions Up to 90% travel is required Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
