Salary: Contingent on experience. We pay a weekly salary and flat rate monthly profit-sharing bonus.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team to perform full-cycle collision repairs. You will be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities: Damage Repair: Repair, replace, and adjust damaged body parts (fenders, doors, hoods, etc.).Structural Repair: Perform frame, unibody, and alignment repairs to factory specifications.

Technical Skills: Utilize welding (MIG), soldering, cutting, and grinding tools. Preparation: Prep panels for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. Communication: Work with estimators and parts associates to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional auto body experience. Valid driver’s license. Ability to read and understand repair orders and manuals. Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs. I-CAR training is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
