Supplier Quality Engineer — Compliance & RCCA Lead

Ralliant seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier compliance, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions using RCCA tools. You will influence internal and external owners to resolve supplier issues and prevent recurrence, while coordinating with Design, Manufacturing, NPD, Strategic Sourcing, Quality Inspection and Purchasing. You will perform supplier evaluations, risk assessments, process audits, PPAPs, and monitor supplier scorecards, contributing to IP&R reports.
