Job Overview: THE DUBUQUE YMCA NEEDS YOUR HELP! FREE DUBUQUE YMCA MEMBERSHIP AS A PART-TIME HIRE. Save lives and help others have fun as Lifeguard at the Dubuque YMCA! Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Director, this position creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while promoting and maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck and surrounding areas in accordance with Dubuque Community YMCA policies and procedures. All lifeguards must be Lifeguard/First-Aid/AED/CPR certified. All employees also receive complimentary YMCA membership.
