What you will do:
Building out scalable financial processes across FP&A and business analytics Owning analysis of key metrics like patient engagement, visit economics, and reimbursement trends Working directly with cross-functional leaders to shape capital and investment decisions Drive operational discipline through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Provide financial analysis to evaluate commercial deals and partnerships Surface risks and opportunities through deep dives into partner performance and visit economics Help prepare materials for leadership and Board-level financial reviews What you have done:2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or a related role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including managing complex logic and advanced functions Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Big Query)Experience with dimensional modeling in FP&A platform (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Cube, Mosaic)Ability to translate messy data into clear financial conclusions
