Qualifications: prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry. Good communication skills. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Quick learner. Team player.

Experience: Customer/guest service experience preferred. 1 year of restaurant experience preferred. Must be able to slide tables to accommodate large groups. Proficient conversation English language skills required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours). Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, food, and beverage orders (up to 25 pounds). Ability to bend, squat, and reach in order to serve guests and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with high noise levels. Good physical stamina and mobility to efficiently serve a high volume of customers throughout shifts.
