Regional Sales Trainer - Rockies

As Training & Development Manager for Stonhard you will work with new outside sales hires with a focus on in the field training, developing skills around Counselor Prospecting and the Counselor Salesperson programs. We are looking for an individual with sales training experience, talent, enthusiasm and creative vision to drive our Training Program! STONHARD, a subsidiary of RPM Performance Coatings, is the leading manufacturer and installer of high performance seamless floors and lining systems in the world. Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree with a minimum of 5 years experience developing and delivering sales training programs, helping to on-board new sales hires, development of sales training tasks for new outside sales hires to support our local Sales Managers. This experience, combined with outstanding communication/presentation skills and a high level of energy, is necessary for this influential sales position.
